			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;">I came across this video from <a title="zack arias" href="http://www.zarias.com/" target="_blank">Zack Arias</a> called Transform some months ago and it moved me, challenged me and inspired me.   I came across it again today and it moved me yet again so I wanted to share it with you in the hopes that it does the same for you.  Although it is focused towards photographers/artists, it has some very important daily life lessons we can all apply.</p>
