A couple of weeks back I showed a sneak peak of “Celebrate Your Youth Pt I” but couldn’t reveal all .. well the cats out of the bag so to speak so I’m excited to finally be putting up the images.

I was asked if I’d like to participate in a photo shoot with our youth … yeah baby! We glammed ‘em up (not that they needed it all but for a bit of fun and self assurance) and fired away … needless to say, I was in my element and had an absolute ball – exhausted but fun & inspired.

It was so wonderful to see these young girls start out all timid and then really come alive.  The results speak for themselves.  These girls are stunning inside & out and I’m proud of them all.

I still have a number of them to do so I’ll keep updating this page .. check back often!

How can we be blessed with so much talent in one place.  All of these Godly girls are amazing!

What’s the beauty of having dreams?  The driving force that makes you motivated, the smile that adorns your face as you contemplate those thoughts & desires … finally the day that you can realise those dreams that you’ve so longed for with a sense of satisfaction, contentment, fulfillment and a challenge to rise up to another level facing it with with more courage, confidence & self assuredness.

I had an inkling 2009 was going to be a significant year for us and lo and behold already in the first month of 2009 we have each seen one our biggest dreams fulfilled.

For me starting a photography business was a dream birthed many years ago with a time lock placed on it … well finally this year, the key has been unlocked.

For my husband, his dream has always been to ride a motorbike on a long cross-state trek.  So after purchasing a motorbike (a cruiser) late last year he was finally able to realise one of his dreams riding his bike from Adelaide, to Melbourne, to Sydney and back again visiting some of his family along the way.

As the school holidays drew to a close we all met up in Melbourne and spent some time together with one of his sisters and family before flying home again to Adelaide as Paul set off again on his bike on his journey home too.

May some of your dreams be fulfilled this year too!

Of course I took the opportunity to get some pics of our extended family “enjoying” my hubbies bike too (here’s a few guys with more to come soon) …

It’s always great to be able to photograph friends and these guys are no exception.

I was delighted when I received an email from Renee asking for an “anytime” session because Monique was visiting with her boys and Renee wanted to get everyone together for some family shots.  These guys are like my little sisters & bro … I changed their nappies when they were born, babysat them, nursed them to sleep, watched their first steps, first day at school & even lived with them for 9 months before I married and then watched as they grew up into beautiful people inside & out.

It was so great to hang out with these guys and see the special bond they have together.  We had oodles of fun .. [hope you guys did too!!].   The girls are drop-dead GORGEOUS & the boys are handsome dudes indeed … and it was really a pleasure to photograph you all.

I recently had the pleasure of photographing our friends The B Family.  The sun was fierce, the wind unfriendly but nonetheless we got some nice family shots.

Like a kid in candy shop I squealed with delight when my son & a friend agreed to model for a “play” session where I could do whatever I pleased. So I took it!!! … my son is so gracious.

I picked up these beaut black wings in a showbag with some other goodies at the Royal Show so I was stoked to get the chance to use them.
