It’s no secret that I have a sweet tooth but I’ve learnt to curb it thankfully otherwise this drawer of sweets would have been in serious danger of being too eagerly devoured.  I’m not sure the shopkeeper would have been too happy about it neither.  Actually I wasn’t too sure he’d be happy about me taking a snapshot or two but I had recently heard a photography quote along the lines of “it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission” so I took heed and snuck a few shots in.  So instead of satisfying my belly and not yours with candy, I opted for some eye candy instead … enjoy!

Ok ok, so my real weakness is chocolate.  Thankfully this dish was safely enclosed in a display cabinet so I couldn’t get my grubby li’l chocolate stealing hands on it, however this shopkeeper was definitely not happy with me taking a snap or two in her shop.  Aparently she’s had others come take photos with the intent to steal her ideas & busines so I was told to cease and desist and put my camera away please!!!  I explained that it was simply for my personal interest but thankfully my shutter had already done it’s duty before I peacefully retreated and put my baby away.

So dear internet, please forgive me if you’re now salivating and drooling … I’m told they are delicious!
